CHOCOLATE MOORE'S PIE

Ingredients:
1. Pie Crust
2. Instant Pie Filling -- 1/4Cup
3. Cool Whip -- 1/2Cup
4. Hersheys Chocolate Syrup -- 1/2Cup
5. Marshmellows -- 2Cups
6. Milk -- 1/2 Cup
 
To make this i have Used 9-Inch Pie Crust and Instant Pie Filling.
 
You can even bake the Pie Crust with the Crust Mix instead of using the Readymade Crust.
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First take Milk and Marshmellows in a pan keep on stirring it till it becomes a smooth paste.
 
2. Now take this Marshmellow paste into a bowl and add Hersheys Chocolate Syrup, Cool Whip, Pie Filling to it and stirr it well.
 
3. Now take the Pie Crust and fill it with the Chocolate Mixture which you have prepared.
4. Keep it in the Deep Freezer for 3-4 hours and then serve it.
5.  I made this Pie on the Occasion of My Husband's Birthday which is Celebrated First Time with Our Princess.
So  I Serverd this Pie by topping it with the Vanila Frosting.

MOONG DAL CHUTNEY

Ingredients:
1. Moong Dal -- 1Cup
2. Salt -- To Taste
3. Whole Red Chilli -- 10
4. Lime Juice -- As per Taste
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First Soak Moong Dal for Half-an-Hour.
2. Then add Soaked Moong dal, Red Chilli and Salt in a blender and blend it into fine paste by adding required amount of Water.
3. Finally transfer everything to a Serving bowl and add Lime Juice according to your Taste and Serve it.
Enjoy the Tasty Moong Dal Chutney with Plain Rice....

VEGETABLE SEEKH KABAB

Ingredients:
1. Onions(Chopped) -- 1Cup
2. Soya Chunks -- 4Cups
3. Broccoli -- 1Cup
4. Potato -- 2
5. Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Beans, Green Peas, Sweet Corn) -- 1Cup
6. Salt -- To Taste
7. Green Chilli -- 10
8. Ginger-Garlic Paste -- 1Tbsp
9. Chaat Masala -- 1Tbsp
10. Ajwain -- 1/2Tbsp
11. Roasted Channa Dal -- 3Tbsp
12. Bamboo Skewers
13. Oil -- 4Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First boil Potatoes and Soya Chunks and keep them aside.
2. Dry roast Ajwain and Roasted Channa Dal in a small pan and blend it into a fine powder.
3. Now heat oil in a pan and add Green Chilli to it.
 
4. Then add chopped Onions and Ginger-Garlic Paste to it. Fry them till the onions become transparent.
 
5. Now add Broccoli to the pan and cook till it becomes soft.
 
6. Then add mixed vegetables to the pan.
 
7. Now take the cooked potatoes, soya chunks, and the above prepared mixed vegetables to a bowl and add Salt and Roasted Channa Dal powder to it. Mash everything into a paste and mix it well.
 
8. Take small portion of the Paste and make it in the form of a  Kabab and insert it into the Bamboo Skewer. Make as more Kababs with remaining paste.
 
9. Now pre-heat a Non-stick pan or a Griddle and Roast the Kababs on it till slight Golden Brown Color appears.
 
10. Finally Tasty Vegetable Seekh Kababs are Ready To Serve....
 
Enjoy the Kababs either with Green Chilli Chutney or Tomato Sauce....

GREEN CHILLI CHUTNEY

Ingredients:
1. Green Chilli -- 10
2. Jalapenoes -- 5
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Toamto (Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
5. Coriander Leaves
6. Garlic Cloves -- 4
7. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare:
1.  Heat Oil in a pan and add Chopped Garlic Cloves.

 
2. Fry them for 2min and add Green Chillies, Toamatoes and Jalapenoes to it.
 

3. Cook them till Green Chillis and Tomatoes become soft.
4. Then add Coriander Leavesand Salt to the pan and cook for 5-10 Min.
 
5. Remove it from the Heat and let it cool down. Once it gets cooled, blend everything into fine paste.
6. Finally Green Chilli Chutney is Ready To Serve....
 
You can Serve this Chutney with Any Kababs.

WHEAT DOSA

Ingredients:
 
 1. Whole Wheat Flour -- 1Cup
2. Ginger
3. Green Chilli -- 10 (As Per your Taste)
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Sour Curd -- 1/4Cup

Method To Prepare:

1. First blend Ginger and Green Chilli into paste.
2. Then add this paste to Wheat Flour and add Salt and Sour Curd to it.
3. Now add required amount of Water to it and mix it well in the form of a Dosa Batter.

4. Now pre-heat a Non-Stick Tawa or a Griddle and add a laddle full of batter and spread it in the form of Dosa.
5. Add a Tablespoon of Oil and roast it nicely on both sides.

6. Finally Tasty Whole Wheat Dosa is Ready to Serve....


You can enjoy this Wheat Dosa as it is because it already consists of Green Chilli, Ginger and Salt or You can even have it with Ginger Chutney.

WHEAT FLOUR HALWA

Ingredients:
 
1. Wheat Flour -- 1Cup
2. Sugar -- 2Cups
3. Milk -- 4Cups
4. Ghee -- 1/4Cup
5. Cardamom Powder -- 1Tbsp
6. Almonds -- To Garnish
 
Method To Prepare:
 
1. First boil 3Cups of Milk.
 2. Then mix Wheat Flour in remaining 1Cup of Milk and add it to the boiling milk.
3. Then add Sugar and Ghee to it and keep on mixing it.
4. Now add Cardamom Powder to it.
5. Mix it well till it becomes into thick paste.
6. Then grease a plate with ghee and transfer the halwa to it.
7. Let it cool down and then cut into the pieces.
8. Finally Garnish it with Almonds and Serve.
Enjoy the Tasty Wheat Flour Halwa....

CHOCO-ALMOND CAKE

Hello Friends, Celebrating One Month Birthday of my Lil' Pricess "Saanvi" on November 21st, 2012 with this homemade "Choco-Almond Cake".

The Ingredients and Recipe of the cake is below.

Ingredients:
1. All Purpose Flour -- 1Cup
2. Cocoa Powder -- 1/4Cup
3. Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
4. Sugar -- 1/2Cup (Add as per your Taste)
5. Oil -- 1Tbsp
6. Water -- 1/4Cup
7. Milk -- 1Cup
8. Chopped Almonds -- 1/2Cup
9. Mashmellows -- To Decorate
10. Vanila Icing -- To Decorate

Method To Prepare:
1. First take All Purpose Flour in a bowl and add Cocoa Powder, Oil, Water, Sugar and Milk to it.
2. Now Mix them all together well, you can even use hand-blender and make it into a smooth paste.
3. Grease the Cake Pan and transfer some portion of the batter to the Cake pan and add chopped almonds to it.
4. Now add rest of the batter to the pan.

5. Meanwhile pre-heat the Oven at 350 degrees. Once the oven is ready place the Cake Pan inside the Oven and bake the Cake for about 25-30 Min at 350 degrees temprature.
6. Finally Tasty Choco-Almond Cake is Ready.
7. Now spread Hersheys Chocolate Syrup as a layer on the Cake and then i decorated this Cake with Vanilla Frosting and Marshmellows.

PEANUT - RICE CRACKERS

Ingredients:
1. Rice Flour -- 2Cups
2. Moong Dal -- 1/4Cup
3. Peanuts -- 1/4Cups
4. Green Chilli -- 10no.s
5. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp (Optional)
6. Salt -- To Taste
7. Oil -- For Deep Fry
8. Water -- 1 1/2 Cups
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First boil Water and meanwhile add Green Chilli to  the blender and blend it into paste.
2. When the Water starts boiling, add Moong Dal, Peanuts, Salt, Green Chilli Paste and mix it well.
3. Now remove it from the heat and add Rice Flour and Red Chilli Powder (Optional) to it and make it like Chapathi Dough.
 
3. Now heat Oil in a pan for deep fry
4. Take a plastic cover and make small dumplings of the dough and spread it with ur hand by applying some oil as shown in the picture below.
 
5. Now drop them slowly into the heated oil.
 
6. Fry them till they turn slight Golden Brown Color.
7. Finally Tasty Rice-Dal Crackers are Ready to Serve.
 
Enjoy these Rice-Dal Crackers as a Snack with Hot Tea............

Note: Add Green Chilli Paste and Red Chilli Powder as per your Taste.

YELLOW LENTILS-GARLIC DAL

Ingredients:
1. Yellow Lentils(Toor Dal) -- 1Cup
2. Garlic Cloves -- 10no.s
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2tbsp
5. Urad Dal -- 1/2tbsp
7. Red Chilli -- 10
8. Ghee -- 2-3tbsp
9. Curry Leaves (Optional)

Method To Prepare :
1. First Dry Roast the Toor Dal for 5-10min. You can observe nice roasted aroma from the toor dal. Then remove it from the heat and let it cool.
2. Now grind the Roasted Dal and Red Chilli by adding some water into a fine paste.
3. Now add the Dal and Red Chilli Paste to a pan and add 1Cup of Water to it. Also add Salt and mix it well.
4. Then let it boil till it becomes thicker. But remember you should keep on stirring it or else the bottom of the dal will be burnt.
5. Then heat ghee in other small pan and add Garlic Cloves, Urad Dal. Red Chilli and Cumin Seeds.to it. 

6. Fry them till the Urad Dal changes into nice brown color and Garlic becomes soft.
7. Finally the Tasty Yellow Lentils-Garlic Dal is  Ready to Serve.

It doesnt taste good if it becomes cold. So Serve it Hot with Plain Rice.......................

Note: You can add more Red Chilli if you want more spicy ness.

150th POST / PALAK PANEER

Ingredients:
1. Spinach (Palak)
2. Paneer
3. Green Chilli -- 5no.s
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
5. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
6. Salt -- To Taste
7. Onions -- 1
8. Ginger Garlic Paste -- 2Tbsp
9. Garam Masala -- 2Tbsp
10. Oil -- 4Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First Fry the Onions till they turn transparent and let them cool. Once it gets cooled, blend them into fine Paste.
2. Also Cook the Spinach Leaves and blend it also into fine paste.
3. Then Heat Oil in a Pan and Add Cumin Seeds and Green Chilli to it.
4. Now add Paneer Cubes to the pan and fry for 5-10Min.
5. Then add the Onion Paste to the Pan.

6. Now add Ginger Garlic Paste and let it cook for 10-15Min.
7. Later add the Spinach Paste to the Pan.
8. Then add Garam Masala, Salt, Red Chilli Powder.
9. Mix it well and let it cook till it becomes thick.
10. Finally Tasty Palak Paneer is Ready To Serve.

Enjoy this Tasty Palak Paneer with Hot Roti....

HEALTHY SPROUTS CURRY

Ingredients:
1. Sprouts -- 2Cups
2. Chopped Onions -- 1Cup
3. Chopped Tomatoes -- 1Cup
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Ginger
6. Green Chilli -- 4
7. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
8. Curry Leaves -- 5no.s
9. Cinnamon Stick -- 1
10.  Oil -- 2Tbsp
11. Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder -- 1Tbsp
12. Garam Masala -- 1Tbsp


Method To Prepare:
1. First add Sprouts, 1/2Tbsp Salt and Ginger to a Pan and add 1Cup of Water to it. Let it Boil for 10-15Min.

2. Then heat Oil in another pan and add Cumin Seeds, Green Chilli, Cinnamon Stick, Ginger and Curry Leaves to it.

3. Fry them for 5Min and then add Chopped Onions. Fry them till the Onions turn Transparent.

4. Then add Chopped Tomatoes to it and cook till they become soft.

5. Once the Tomatoes become soft, add 1/2Cup of Water and add Garam Masala and Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder. Mix it well and cook for 5min.
6. Now add cooked Sprouts to the Pan.

7.  Mix it well and cook it well till the water is absorbed.

CHILLI MUSHROOM

Ingredients:
1. Mushroom
2. Onions
3. Bell Peppers
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Vinegar -- 2Tbsp
6. Chilli Sauce -- 1Tbsp
7. Tomato Sauce -- 1Tbsp
8. Ginger (Finely Chopped) -- 2Tbsp
9. Green Chilli -- 5
10. Corn Starch -- 2Tbsp
11. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp
12. Garlic -- 2Cloves
13. Soy Sauce -- 1Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Wok and add Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli.

2. Then add Chopped Onions and fry them till they turn transparent.

3. Now add Bell Pepper to it.

4. After 5min add Mushrooms and fry them well till the Mushrooms and Bell Peppers become soft.

5. Then add Vinegar, Chilli Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt and Mix it Well.
6. Also, mix the Corn Starch in 1/2Cup of Water and add that to the Wok.
7. Mix it well and keep on stirring till the Gravy becomes Thicker.

8. Finally Tasty Chilli Mushroom is Ready to Serve.

SPROUTS SALAD IN A POCKET

Ingredients:
1. Sprouts -- 1/2Cup
2. Lettuce -- 1/4Cup
3. Carrots -- 1/4Cup
4. Green Chilli -- 3
5. Onions -- 1/4Cup
6. Lime Juice -- 2Tbsp
7. Salt -- To Taste
8. Chaat Masala -- 1Tbsp
9. Cumin Powder -- 1Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First add Salt and cook the Sprouts.
2. Then take the cooked Sprouts into a bowl and add Chopped Lettuce, Carrots, Onions and Green Chilli.
3. Also add Cumin Powder and Chaat Masala to it.
4. Finally add Lime Juice to it and Mix it well.
5. Tasty and Healthy Sprouts Salad is Ready.

6. Now just heat the Salad Pocket for 15 Sec in Microwave and fill it with the Sprouts Salad.

Note: The Salad Pockets are Easily Available in the Stores.



























You can Fill these Salad Pockets with Any Salad of your Choice.







7.  Now fill this pocket with the Sprouts Salad which we have prepared earlier and Enjoy it.....

MIXED VEGETABLES IN PEANUT BUTTER GRAVY

Ingredients:
1. Chopped Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Onions) -- 1Cup
2. Tofu (Cut into Cubes) -- 1/2Cup
3. Lemon Slices -- 4
4. Green Chilli -- 2
5. Peanut Butter -- 1/4Cup
6. Salt -- To Taste
7. Water -- 1Cup
8. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp


Method To Prepare:
1. First heat oil in a pan and add Green Chilli and Chopped Onions. Fry them till Onions turn transparent.

2.  Then add Bell Pepper and Carrots to the Pan.

3. Fry them for 5min and add Broccoli.

4. Now add Tofu and Lemon Slice to it and Mix it well.

5. Add Salt to it and let it cook for 5-10 Min.
6. Meanwhile take the Peanut Butter in a small bowl and mix it well in the water without any lumps.
7. Then add that water to the pan.

8. Mix it well and Close it with a lid and let it cook till the gravy becomes thicker.
9. Finally Tasty and Healthy Mixed Vegetables in Peanut Butter is Ready to Serve.

Enjoy this Gravy as a Side Dish for any Rice Item like Coconut Rice (Or) Fried Rice etc.,.
