SPINACH PULAO

Ingredients:
1. Spinach -- 2Cups
2. Coriander Leaves -- 1/2Cup
3. Basmati Rice -- 1Cup
4. Onions(Finely Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
5. Cashews -- 1/2Cup
6. Vegetables (Potato,Carrots & Lima Beans) -- 1Cup
7. Green Chilli -- 4-5
8. Cinnamon Stick -- 1 inch Long
9.Ginger  -- 2tbsp
10. Garlic -- 2 or 3
11. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2tbsp
12. Cloves -- 10-12
13. Bay Leaves -- 4-5
14. Oil/Ghee -- 4tbsp
15. Pulao Masala -- 1Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil/Ghee in a pan and add Cumin Seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick,Cashews and Bay Leaves.

2. Fry them for 2min and add chopped onions to the pan and fry them till the onions turn transparent.

3. Then add Vegetables  and salt to the pan and Mix them well.

4.  Now Add Spinach, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander Leaves and Green Chilli to a blender and Blend them into a fine paste. Add this Paste and Pulao Masala to the pan and mix it well.

5. Now transfer everything to the Electric Cooker Bowl along with the Basmati Rice and add required amount of water. Also at this stage you can check the amount of Salt and Spicyness, so that if you feel you need more just add them according to your taste.

6. Now let the Electric Cooker do its Job and allow the rice to cook.
7. Finally the Tasty Spinach Pulao is Ready to Serve.

Serve it Hot with Cucumber Raitha (or) Onion Raitha (or) Boondi Raitha (or) Any Raitha of Your Choice.
