PINEAPPLE PASTRY

I made this Pineapple Pastry on the Occasion of My Lovely Daughter Saanvi's 6th Month Birthday. My Little Princess is already 6 Months Old.
 
 
Ingredients:
1. Cream Cheese -- 2Tbsp
2. Unsalted Butter -- 2Tbsp
3. Warm Milk -- 1/2Cup
4. All Purpose Flour -- 1/2Cup
5. Sugar -- 1/4Cup
6. Baking Soda -- 1/4Tbsp
7. Baking Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
8. Pineapple Juice -- 1/4Cup
9. Caramalized Pineapple Pieces -- To Garnish
10. Whipping Cream -- For Icing
 

Method To Prepare:
1. First Take a large bowl and add Cream Cheese, Butter and Sugar. Whip it well until it becomes creamy.
2. Then slowly by mixing add warm milk little by little.
3. Now add All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder to it and mix it well.
4. Transfer the Cake Batter to a Greased Microwave Safe Bowl and cook it in the Microwave for 5-6Min depending on the power of your microwave.
 
5. Take it out and let the sponge cake cool down.
6. Meanwhile heat a non-stick pan and put the Pineapple Slices on it and caramelize them for 10min and cut them into small pieces and keep aside.

6. Now cut the sponge cake into two halves.
7. Take one half and add Pineapple Juice to it and then spread the whipping cream over it.
8. Now arrange the Caramelized Pineapple Pieces on it.

8. Then put the other half of the Sponge Cake over it and cover the whole cake with Whipping Cream.
9. Finally Garnish with Pineapple Pieces and a Cherry.
10. Tasty Pineapple Pastry is Ready.
