ALOO - JEERA / POTATO - CUMIN SEEDS CURRY

 
Ingredients:
1. Potato (Peeled And Cubed) -- 2Cups
2. Curry Leaves -- 6
3. Red Chilli -- 4
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
5. Amchoor Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
6. Cumin Powder -- 1Tbsp
7. Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
8. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
9. Chilli Flakes -- 1/2Tbsp
10. Coriander Powder -- 1Tbsp
 11. Oil -- 4-5 Tbsp
12. Salt -- To Taste
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Curry Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Red Chilli.
Fry them for 2min.
 
2. Then add Cubed Potatoes to the pan. Also add Turmeric Powder and Salt.
Close it with a lid and let it cook on medium flame until the Potato becomes soft.
 
3. Now add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Amchoor Powder and Chilli Flakes to it and mix it well.
4. Finally Tasty Aloo-Jeera Is Ready to Serve.
