DRY FRUITS KULFI


Ingredients:
1. Dry Fruits (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios) -- 1Cup
2. Milk -- 1Cup
3. Sugar -- 1/4Cup
4. Cardamom Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
 
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First soak all the Dry Fruits for about 2hours.
2. Then blend them into fine paste.
3. Now heat milk and when the milk starts boiling add Sugar and Dry Fruits Paste to it.
4. Mix it well without forming lumps.
5. Let it boil for 5min on low flame.
6. Then remove it from the heat and add Cardamom Powder.
7. Now pour this into the Kulfi Moulds.
 
8. Refrigerate them for about 4-5hours.
9. Then remove it slowly by rubbing between your palms.
10. Finally Tasty Dry Fruits Kulfi is Ready to Serve.
