QUINOA UPMA

Ingredients:
1. Cooked Quinoa -- 1Cup
2. Chopped Patato -- 1/4Cup
3. Chopped Onions -- 1/4Cup
4. Chopped Carrots -- 1/Cup
5. Green Peas -- 1/4Cup
6. Channa Dal -- 1Tbsp
7. Urad Dal -- 1/2Tbsp
8. Mustard Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
9. Green Chilli -- 4
10. Red Chilli -- 4
11. Salt -- To Taste
12. Oil -- 2Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Pan and add Urad dal, Channa Dal, Mustard Seeds, Green Chilli, Red Chilli to it.Fry it untill the Urad Dal changes it Color.
 2. Then add Chopped Onions and Potato to it. Add Salt and close it with a lid. Let ity cook untill Potato becomes Soft.
3. Now add Chopped Carrots and Green Peas. Fry them till Carrots become Soft.
4. Then add Cooked Quinoa to the Pan. Mix it Well andlet it cook closed for 10-15min. 

5. Finally Tasty and Healthy Quinoa Upma is Ready To Serve.

FRESH GARDEN GREEN SALAD


 
Ingredients:
1. Lettuce
2. Carrots
3. Tomato
4. Onions
5. Sweet Corn
6. Green Channa
7. Black Olives
8. Jalapenos
9. Italian Dressing
10. Ranch Dressing
11. Croutons
12. Oregano Seasoning -- 1/2Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First take the Chopped Lettuce in a Salad Mixing Bowl.

2. Then add Chopped Carrots to it.

3. Now add Chopped Tomato and Onions.
 
 4. Then add Sweet Corn and Green Channa.
 
 5. Now add Black Olive, Jalapenos And Croutons.

6. Now you need to mix everything and divide it into two equal parts.
7. Lets first take one part and add Oregano Seasoning and Ranch Dressing to it.
8. Mix it Well and Our Salad With Ranch Dressing is Ready to Serve.

8. Then its the turn of the Remaining Salad mix.
9. Add Italian Dressing to it and a Pinch of Salt.
10. Mix it well and Our Salad with Italian Dressing is Ready to Serve.
 
Note: You can make as your wish. As I have both the Dressings, i have made two recipes. But if u have only one of them after 5th Step you can continue by adding the Dressing which you have and Serve it.

COCONUT KHICHIDI / KOBBARI UPPU-PINDI

 
Ingredients:
1. Rice Rava -- 1Cup
2. Moong Dal -- 1/2Cup
3. Urad Dal -- 1Tbsp
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
5. Green Chilli -- 4
6. Red Chilli -- 4
7. Curry Leaves -- 5
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tbsp
10. Oil -- 4Tbsp
11. Coconut -- 1/4Cup
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Stainless Steel Pan and add Urad Dal, Cumin Seeds, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves and Asafoetida.
2. Fry them till Urad Dal Changes its color.
 
3. Then add Moong Dal to it. Fry it for 2min and add 1Cup of Water.
 
4. When the water starts boiling add Rice Rava, Salt and more 1 1/2Cups of Water.
5. Let it boil for 2-3min on low flame and then transfer the Steel pan to the Pressure Cooker and close the lid.
6. Cook it for upto two long whistles and then let the cooker loose its pressure.
7. Then open the lid and Add Grated Coconut to it.
8. Mix it well and Tasty Coconut Khichidi is Ready.
 
Serve it Hot with Tomato Chutney.

FRUIT AND NUT CAKE

Hello Friends, Today i'm celebrating 4th Month Birthday of My Sweet Daughter. Here is the Recipe for Fruit And Nut Cake which i made for my Princess.
I Made thi cake using Pear and Dry Fruits.
 
Ingredients:
 
1. Pear (Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
2. All Purpose Flour -- 1Cup
3. Semolina(Sooji) -- 4Tbsp
4. Cahews, Almonds, Hazlenuts, Pecan (Walnuts), Brazil Nuts, Tooty Frooty, Raisins -- 1/2Cup
5. Oil -- 1/2Tbsp
6. Sugar -- 1 1/2Cup
7. Milk -- 1Cup
8. Unsalted Butter -- Lemon Sized
9. Baking Soda -- 1/4Tbsp
10. Baking Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First take All Purpose Flour in a Bowl and add Sugar, Baking Soda, Oil, Baking Powder, Semolina and Chopped Pear.
 
2. Now Melt the Butter and add it to the Bowl.
 
3. Then add Milk to it and Mix it well. You can even use Hand Blender to make it smooth.
 
4. Now add all the Dry Fruits by Chopping them Finely to the Cake Batter.
 
5. Finally You can either bake this in Oven or in Pressure Cooker.
6. If You wish to bake this cake in Pressure Cooker, Grease a Stainless Steel pan which fits into your cooker and pour the cake batter into it.
7. Close the lid of the Pressure Cooker without putting the Whistle on it. Let it cook on low flame for about 30Min. We need to steam cook it so remember not to keep the whistle.
8. Orelse, if you wish to bake this cake in Oven pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees.
9. Grease the Cake pan and pour the Batter to it.
10. Now Bake the Cake at 350degrees temperature for about 15-20Min.
11. I  Made this Cake in Pressure Cooker.
12. Finally Tasty Fruit And Nut Cake Is Ready.
 
This Cake is Healthy Too as it contains all the Dry Fruits.

CORIANDER BUTTERMILK

Ingredients:
1. Curd -- 1Cup
2. Fresh Coriander Leaves (Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
3. Cumin Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
4. Jaljeera -- 1/4Tbsp
5. Salt -- To Taste
6. Lime Juice -- As Per Your Taste
7. Water -- 1/4Cup
 
Method To Prepare:
1. Add Curd and Coriander Leaves to the Blender and blend them finely.
2. Now transfer it to a bowl and add Cumin Powder, Jaljeera, Salt, Water and Lime Juice to it and mix it well.
3. Finally Transfer it to the Serving Glass and Garnish with a Coriander Leaf and Cumin Powder.
 
 
Serve Chilled........

PEANUT CHAAT

Ingredients:
1. Peanuts -- 1Cup
2. Chopped Onions -- 1//4Cup
3. Chopped Tomato -- 1//4Cup
4. Green Chilli -- 4
5. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
6. Chaat Masala -- 1Tbsp
7. Salt -- To Taste
8. Fresh Coriander Leaves
9. Lime Juice -- As Per Your Taste
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First Pressure Cook the Peanuts upto 4 long Whistles.
 
2. Then add Chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chilli, Chaat Masala,  Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Fresh Coriander Leaves and Lime Juice and Mix them well.
 
3. Finally Tasty Peanut Chaat is Ready to Serve.

SOYA 65

Ingredients:
1. Soya Chunks
2. Onions(Chopped) -- 1Cup
3. Green Chilli -- 5
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
5. Curd -- 1/4Cup
6. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
7. Salt -- To Taste
8. Oil -- 2Tbsp
9. Curry Leaves -- 10
10. Ginger-Garlic Paste -- 1Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First take Curd in a bowl and add Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt, Red Chilli Powder to it. Mix it well and take half  of the Curd separately and Add Soya Chunks to it to Marinate them.
2. Mix everything well and leave it for Half-an-Hour.

3. Once the Soya Chunks get Marinated, fry them till they turn Golden Brown Color and Transfer them to a Paper Towel.

4. Now heat Oil in a Pan and Add Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves and Green Chilli to it and Fry them for 5min.

5. Then add Chopped Onions to the Pan and fry them till they become Transparent.

6. Now add the remaining Curd to the pan.

7. Let it cook for 5min and then add the fried Soya Chunks.

8. Finally mix it well and let it cook for 10-15min.
9. Tasty and Healthy Soya 65 is Ready to Serve.

VEG FRIED RICE

Ingredients:
1. Cooked Rice -- 1Cup
2. Cabbage -- 1/4Cup
3. Bell Pepper(Green) -- 1/4Cup
4. Carrots -- 1/4Cup
5. Sweet Corn -- 1/4Cup
6. Chilli Sauce -- 1Tbsp
7. Tomato Sauce -- 1Tbsp
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Dark Soy Sauce -- 1Tbsp
10. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp
11. Green Chilli -- 4

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Wok and add Green Chilli, Cabbage. Fry it for  5min.
2. Then add Bell Peppers to the Pan and fry till it becomes soft.
3. Now add Chopped Carrots to it and fry till the Carrots become soft.
4. Then add Sweet Corn to it and fry for 5min.
5. Now add Cooked Rice, Tomato Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Salt and mix it well.
6. Finally Tasty Veg Fried Rice is Ready to Serve.
 
Serve it Hot along with Veg Manchurian

CRISP CORN CHAAT

Ingredients:
1. Sweet Corn -- 1Cup
2. Onions (Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
3. Tomato (Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
4. Chaat Masala -- 1Tbsp
5. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/4Tbsp
6. Garam Masala -- 1/4Tbsp
7. Lime Juice -- As per Taste
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Fresh Coriander Leaves -- To Garnish
10. Green Chilli -- 2
11. Rice Flour -- 2Tbsp
12. Corn Flour -- 1Tbsp
13. Oil -- 2Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First take the Corn Kernels in a Microwave safe bowl and Microwave them for 2Min.
2. Then take the Corn Kernels into a bowl and add Rice Flour and Corn Flour. Mix them well.
3. Now heat Oil in a Pan and add these Corn Kernels to it. Fry them for 10-15min.
4. Then take the fried Corn to a bowl and add Chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chilli, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, Salt and Coriander Leaves to it.
5. Mix them all together and add Lime Juice.
6. Finally Tasty Crisp Corn Chat is Ready to Serve.

PAATOLI

Ingredients:
1. Black Channa -- 1Cup
2. Ginger
3. Green Chilli -- 4
4. Red Chilli -- 4
5. Oil -- 4-5Tbsp
6. Salt -- To Taste
7. Urad Dal -- 1Tbsp
8. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
 9. Onions(Chopped) -- 1Cup

Method To Prepare:
1. Soak Black Channa over night.
2. Now blend the Soaked Channa into fine paste.

3. Then using the idli plates, make Idlies with this Channa Batter.


4. Now Mash these Idlies.
 
5. Then Heat Oil in a pan and add Urad Dal, Cumin Seeds and Red Chilli to it.
 
 6. Once the Urad Dal turns to slight brown color add chopped Onions, Ginger and Green Chilli it.

7. Then add the Mashed Black Channa Idlies to the pan.
8. Mix it well and add required amount of salt.
9. Let it cook for 5-10min.
10. Finally Tasty Paatoli is Ready To Serve.


Enjoy this Paatoli as a Side Dish with Rice or Chapati. You can even have it as a Snack.
