ROTINI AND PENNE VEGGIE PASTA

Ingredients:
1. Rotini  Pasta -- 1/2Cup
2. Penne Pasta -- 1/2Cup
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Red Bell Peppers (chopped) -- 1/4Cup
5. Green Bell Peppers (Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
6. Onions -- 1/2Cup
7. Mushrooms -- 1/4Cup
8. Tomato Paste -- 1/4Cup
9. Parsley (Italian Seasoning) -- 1Tbsp
10. Garlic Cloves (Chopped) -- 3
11. Oregano Seasoning -- 1Tbsp
12. Green Chilli -- 4
13. Thyme -- 1Tbsp
14. Olive Oil -- 4Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First cook both the pastas and keep them aside.
2. Then heat Oil in a wok or a pan and add green chilli, and garlic cloves.
3. Fry them for 2min and then add Onions, Mushrooms, Green and Red Bell peppers.
4. Fry them till they become soft.
5. Then add Salt, Thyme, Parsley, Oregano seasoning and Tomato Paste to the pan. Mix everything well.
6. Now finally add the cooked pasta to it and mix well.
7. Cook it for 5min.
8. Finally tasty Rotini And Penne Veggie Pasta is Ready To Serve.
